Create automated reminders for Toxicology tests that are due for all programs.

Many substance use program are require to administer randomly schedule drug screening and must administer these or fail in an audit. The screenings functionality currently only ties to the MOUD program in eCR with no alerts or reminders for the tests. Please create alerts for tests that are approaching the required due date for program compliance. This is not limited to MOUD programs, these alerts can apply for other outpatient services and programs.
