Update the medication dispensing screen to only show admitted clients

Deactivate any appointments on inactive calendars by default, so it doesn't show up on any reports etc. (Thinking now, having discharged clients' appointments "disabled" from reports and reminders, would also be great!)

Update Randomized Drug Screening Report to Filter by Screening Date rather than by when the screening schedule was created.
